The grid operator calculates your expected annual consumption based on your past consumption. We multiply that by our tariffs and divide it by 12. That is the amount of your monthly advance payment. Of course, you will receive an annual statement based on your actual consumption so that you never pay too much.
Do you notice yourself using less energy? Soon, you will be able (within certain limits) to easily adjust your advance amount via the MyEnergyVision customer portal.
