You will receive an advance invoice from us every month and an annual statement once a year.
If you have a digital meter, you can choose to receive monthly settlements. In that case, you will no longer receive advance invoices or an annual statement; your consumption will be settled directly each month.
Please note that these monthly settlements are usually higher in winter than in summer, as energy consumption tends to be higher during the colder months.
You can view your invoices via the MyEnergyVision customer portal.
