Your energy tariff depends on the product and the type of contract you have. You can easily check which tariff applies to your contract in the customer portal.
1. Check which product you have
In the customer portal, go to ‘My details’ and click on ‘View your contract’ on the right. There you will see which product you have.
2. Find your tariff based on your contract type
Do you have a fixed tariff?
Do you have one of these products?
- Goedkope stroom 3 jaar vast
- Électricité bon marché 1 an fixe
- Goedkope stroom 1 jaar vast - gas
- Électricité bon marché 1 an fixe - gaz
In that case, your energy rates will remain the same for the duration of your contract. Click on ‘rate card’ in your contract to view your energy rates.
Do you have a fixed-variable or variable rate?
Do you have one of these products?
- Goedkope stroom 1.800 kWh vast
- Électricité bon marché 1.800 kWh fixe
- Goedkope stroom met vaste injectieprijs 3 jaar
Then you have a fixed-variable tariff. With this type of tariff, part of your consumption is covered by a fixed component. For consumption exceeding this fixed component, you pay a variable tariff. That variable tariff may change.
Do you have the ‘Goedkope stroom - gas' or 'électricité bon marché - gaz' product? Then you have a variable tariff for gas, which means that tariff can also change.
Check the tariff card on your contract to find the rate for your fixed component, fixed fee and welcome discount. Would you like to see what the variable tariff is for the current month? You can find this on our tariff card page.
Do you have a dynamic tariff?
Do you have ‘Goedkope stroom dynamisch’ as a product? If so, the electricity price changes every quarter of an hour. You will therefore need to check the current quarter-hourly prices to find out which electricity price applies at any given time.
