The EAN code is the identification number of your connection, to which one or more meters are attached. Your electricity connections each have their own EAN code. The EAN code has 18 digits and starts with 5414. You can find the EAN code on your advance or settlement invoices or you can request it from your system operator (Fluvius). You can also find it in the MyEnergyVision customer portal.
