*If no solution is reached with our customer service, you can contact the federal Energy Ombudsman Service. The Energy Ombudsman Service handles complaints regarding energy bills from electricity or natural gas companies.
You must submit your complaint in writing:

- By email at: klacht@ombudsmanenergie.be;

- By regular mail to the attention of the Energy Ombudsman Service, Koning Albert II-laan 8 box 6, 1000 Brussels.
The Ombudsman Service can also be reached by phone at +32 2 211 10 60 and can register your complaint in writing upon request.
