The welcome discount is a one-time discount that applies to the energy cost, the fixed fee, and the contributions for green electricity and combined heat and power (CHP) during the first year of subscription to the relevant product.
Customer before 1 July 2026
- For contracts concluded before 1 July 2026, the terms and conditions in force at the time of your subscription continue to apply.
- You will receive your welcome discount after you have been a customer continuously for one year. The discount will be applied to your annual settlement.
If you have chosen monthly billing, the discount will be applied to your monthly settlement after you have been a customer for one year.
Customer from 1 July 2026
- For new contracts concluded on or after 1 July 2026, the welcome discount is granted from the start of your contract.
- The discount is calculated on a pro rata daily basis over the billing period.
- This means you no longer have to wait a full year to benefit from your discount.
Product switch
- If you switch to another EnergyVision energy product, the terms and conditions of the new contract will apply.
- If you are entitled to a welcome discount, it will be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions in force at the time of the product switch.
- If you switch products after 1 July 2026, you no longer have to wait one year to receive your welcome discount. Instead, it will be granted on a pro rata basis.
