When will I receive my loyalty discount?

The loyalty discount is paid out automatically three months after your annual customer anniversary with EnergyVision.

At the time of payment, it is important that you meet the following conditions:

• have an active EnergyVision electricity contract
• not have requested termination of your contract
• not have any outstanding notices of default
• not have received a welcome discount in the past 12 months. We like to welcome new customers with a welcome discount first. The following year, we reward your loyalty with the loyalty discount.

Do you meet these conditions? If so, we will automatically credit the loyalty discount to your account. You do not need to do anything yourself.
