When does my contract start?

You can choose the start date of your contract yourself during the sign-up process.

• Are you switching energy suppliers? We need at least 25 days to register your contract with the grid operator and the other relevant authorities.
• Are you moving to a new address? If you're moving, you can choose a start date up to 60 days in the past. Important to know: if you choose a start date in the past, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
