Can I start my energy contract earlier?

In certain cases, you can have your energy contract started earlier.


You are already a customer with us and you are moving:

  1. At the time of the key transfer, the energy transfer document must be filled out and sent to us.

  2. Once we receive this transfer document, we will process it as quickly as possible. We will activate your new address and connection point on your current customer number. Additionally, we will arrange a new energy contract for this address.

  3. EnergyVision will handle the transfer of your address and send the necessary information to the grid operator (Fluvius).


For proper processing of a move, we kindly request the energy transfer documents within 30 days of the takeover.



You are a new customer:

  1. Register on our website and select the earliest possible date in the future.

  2. You will receive an email from us asking you to confirm your email address. Once you agree, we can process your supplier switch correctly.

  3. Provide us with the energy transfer document filled out at the key transfer, including the takeover date, EAN code, and meter readings.

  4. Once we have received this transfer document, we will ensure your address and connection point are activated on your customer number. The activation date will be the date you filled in on the energy transfer document.
