The EAN code is the identification number of your connection, to which one or more meters are connected. Your electricity connection has its own and unique EAN code. The EAN code has 18 digits and starts with 5414. You can find the EAN code on your advance or settlement invoices or you can request it from your network operator (Fluvius). You can also find them in the MyEnergyVision customer portal.
