Where can I arrange my move?

Are you moving house soon? If so, you’ve probably got quite a lot on your to-do list. We’d be happy to help you with your energy contract.

We only need two copies of your energy transfer document:

• One for your current address: an energy transfer document where you are the outgoing customer. This is used to terminate your current contract.
• One for your new address: an energy transfer document where you are the new customer. This allows us to set up your energy contract at your new address. Based on this document, we can bring forward the start date of your new contract to the date stated on this transfer document.

You can easily send us both documents via hello@energyvision.be. We’ll take care of the rest. That way, you can move house without any hassle whilst enjoying the cheapest energy.
