Yes, you can cancel your energy contract at any time. Please note, however, that there is a three-week notice period.
Do you also have solar panels from us? If so, you can choose what to do with them:
- You keep the solar panels. You’ll then only pay us for the solar energy you use yourself, at the same fixed rate that remains unchanged for thirty years.
- You take over the solar installation at the pre-determined price stated in your contract.
