Can I cancel my energy contract earlier than planned?

Yes, you can terminate your energy contract early.

Do you wish to terminate your energy contract within 14 calendar days of signing the agreement? In that case, you can withdraw from the agreement. You do not need to observe a notice period.

Do you wish to terminate your energy contract at a later date? In that case, you can terminate your contract at any time. Please note, however, that a three-week notice period applies.

Do you want to stop using your solar panels at a later date? In that case, you can choose what happens to them:

• You keep the solar panels. You will then only pay us for the solar energy you consume yourself, at the same fixed rate that remains unchanged for thirty years.
• You can take over the solar installation at the pre-determined price stated in your contract.
