What is a prosumer tariff?

The prosumer tariff is a fee paid by consumers who generate their own electricity. This tariff only applies to a reversing meter. At EnergyVision, we only work with a digital meter installed by Fluvius, so the prosumer tariff does not apply here. This is a tariff that we will therefore never charge you.

If you have an energy contract with us, have invested in solar panels yourself, and still have an analogue/reversing meter, the prosumer tariff will be applied. We include this tariff on your energy invoice, but we have no control over it: it is a mandatory tariff imposed by the grid operator.
