The vacancy tariff is a temporary energy contract for a property that is temporarily unoccupied. It keeps the energy connection active, for example when there is not yet a new tenant or owner, or when a property is temporarily vacant.
The vacancy tariff is particularly suitable:
- during the period between two tenants;
- when a property is for sale but has not yet been sold;
- during a temporary vacancy with very limited energy consumption.
