How can I arrange my move?

Are you moving house soon? If so, you’ve probably got quite a lot on your to-do list. We’d be happy to help you with your energy contract.

We need two energy transfer documents:

• One for your current address: an energy transfer document in which you are the outgoing customer. This is used to terminate your current contract.
• One for your new address: an energy transfer document in which you are the new customer. This allows us to arrange your energy contract at your new address. Based on this document, we can bring forward the start date of your new contract to the date stated on this transfer document.

You can easily send both documents to us via hello@energyvision.be. We’ll take care of the rest, so you can move worry-free while enjoying the cheapest energy.
