What happens to my invoicing if I move?

As soon as you have informed us that you are moving to a different address and after the new resident at your old address has concluded a contract with a new supplier, we will stop invoicing at the old address.

Billing at your new address will start as soon as you have concluded a contract for that address.

Before that time, both the invoices for your old and your new address will be delivered to you.

Do you also have solar panels from us? Then you can choose what you do with them: you can keep the solar panels (and then you only pay us for the solar energy that you use yourself, at the same, fixed rate that remains unchanged for thirty years) or you can installation, at a predetermined price described in your contract.
