How do I report the meter reading of my electricity meter?

To provide us with the meter reading of your electricity meter, you can provide us or your grid operator (Fluvius) with the following information:

• The meter number: Check your meter number against the last 4 digits of the meter on the meter reading card
• The date and meter readings: Note the current date and the indicated meter reading on the meter. Only take into account the numbers before the decimal point.
• Send the meter reading to your grid operator (Fluvius) via its website

Do you have a digital meter? If so, you don’t need to do anything else. We receive this information automatically from your network operator.
