How often will I receive invoices?

That depends on the billing option you have chosen.

• Monthly advance invoice: You will receive a monthly advance invoice for a fixed amount. At the end of your annual consumption period, we will settle your advance payments against your actual consumption. You will then receive an annual statement.

• Monthly billing: You’ll receive a bill every month based on your actual consumption for the previous month. This means you don’t have to wait until the end of the year for your consumption to be settled.
