Where can I find the peak power on MyFluvius?

You can view your billing peaks via MyFluvius.

To do this, you need to submit a ‘new request’. You can do this via the ‘network costs’ section. There you will find the billing peaks that Fluvius receives from your network operator (Elia) and uses to calculate your capacity charge.

If you notice that the billing peaks in MyFluvius do not match the figures you expected, please contact Fluvius. They can check your details and investigate any discrepancies further.
