Payment of charging session

You will receive a monthly invoice detailing all your loading transactions that month. Payment is fully automatic, via direct debit.

If you have a prepaid contract, you must always maintain a minimum positive balance of €25. If your balance drops below this amount, you won’t be able to start a charging session. If you charge regularly or frequently, we recommend adding a higher amount of credit at once, so you don’t have to top up as often.
