All payments are made via direct debit. A direct debit is an authorization that the customer gives to his bank to pay amounts owed on his behalf (for example to his energy supplier) by debiting his account. For this purpose, you sign a direct debit mandate at the start of your contract. This way everything runs worry-free for you and for us.
